Food Defence: Assessing raw materials & on-site threats
Our Food Defence (TACCP / VACCP) one-day course will take you through revised methodology which combines TACCP & VACCP into one easy, yet robust, scoring system. The course will explain how the pioneering methodology can be applied to both raw materials and on-site threats and vulnerabilities and within the distribution chain.
Packed full of exercises, group tasks and discussions, it will help you to create a (TACCP, VACCP) raw materials vulnerability assessment for your GFSI audit, such as BRC, IFS, SQF and FSSC 22,000. Our practical course will teach you our industry best practise methodology and help you to create a robust assessment.
The course will explain how the new methodology can be applied to both raw materials and to a wider context of threats and vulnerabilities on-site and within the distribution chain.
